In order to do that, we must be able to retrieve the inbound call logs. Typically, for each Call Center software, we need a SQL query that looks like SELECT call_date AS Timestamp, campaign_id AS QueueName FROM vicidial_closer_log ORDER BY vicidial_closer_log.call_date LIMIT ?Index, ?PageSize The SQL query here above is a real example for Vicidial under MySQL. Note that we are using ?Index and ?PageSize as query argument to retrieve the call logs in a paged manner. Indeed, the total amount of data can be too significant to be retrieved at once.
Please indicate which call center software you would be able to support. To be delivered for each call center software: - a SQL dump of the call center database with minimal data - a SQL query that works against the SQL dump
