I recently purchased a turnkey website that is currently online and running. Basically, it allows lawyers to register and thereafter post an ad on the site regarding their law firm (i.e. they type in their law firm name, contact information, types of law, etc). However, I recently discovered a small bug. Specifically, when somebody types in an apostrophe (i.e. ' ), it causes an error. I need this fixed so that people can type in an apostrophe (or any other weird character) and it won’t cause an error. So for example, if they type in:
Chris law firm <- no problem
However, if they type in:
Chris’ law firm <- they get an error because of the ‘
Evidently this is a common bug in .php. Here are 2 sites that evidently explain how to fix it:

After you make the necessary fixes to the applicable php file(s) so people can type in an apostrophe (or any other character) without causing any problems, I would like the entire site backed up. Right now, I ONLY have it online. However, I am fearful of a system crash and/or I may want to switch hosting providers and thereafter transfer the entire site somewhere else.
Feel free to provide me with 2 different prices (i.e. one price to fix the apostrophe problem and/or a second price to backup the system).
Thank you for your time.
0) Provide me with a complete backup of ALL of the files of the site so that I can upload it to a different hosting provider in the event the system crashes and/or I switch hosting providers. Said files must be sent to me via email so I can save them on CD for future use as a backup.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The site is evidently programmed in .PHP. Compatiable servers: Linux/Unix servers with CPanel.
