A certain coder began working on this for me, but he did not ever accept the bid. In the end, he left me with a half-finished project and a very angry client. This job is of the utmost importance, and speed is the biggest issue. Please only bid if you can devote your full attention to this job. Description as follows. Thank you. I am making changes to an .asp site with Microsoft FrontPage. I need the site to remain editable with Microsoft FrontPage. A coder added frames for me, but there is one small problem with the left frame where it intersects with the top frame...The picture that is 'connected' to the top frame moves up and disappears when the user scrolls up. This needs to be fixed, but should be fast & easy. Additionally, I need a search feature added to the site. First, I need visitors to be able to do a 'quick search' off of the home page for property/home by MLS#. Second, I need a more in-depth search on its own page. It will tentatively include type of property or lot, square footage, garage type, type of area/neighborhood, number of stories, number of bedroom, number of bathrooms, and type of basement. And for the final part of this job I need to have both the 'back office' manager and the Microsoft Access database edited so that additional features are listed in the listings. (The Real Estate Company edits their own listings from a form created by the original developer. It doesn't ask for all of the items they want listed.) I also need the pages that are viewed by the site visitor to arrange the data in a way other than what is there now, including a thumbnailed picture that is automatically thumbnailed and propogated from an upload feature of the manager. (The upload feature is pre-existing.) Again, this site MUST be completed as soon as possible. I need a coder who will give me their full attention. I prefer someone who is willing to work this weekend, and to keep me updated throughout the day. Instant communication (chat, IM, etc.) is the preferred method of communication once we get going on this, but if that makes you nervous, all off-site conversations can be copied and pasted onto this site for your protection, or we can stick with the chat room here.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The website must run as it does now, except for the changes listed. It must continue to work in most browsers. It must continue to be editable with Microsoft FrontPage and the database must continue to be editable with Microsoft Access.
