We are preparing to launch a website with a host who offers OS Commerce Shopping Cart. Main level of the site will be for Consumers (who can purchase 4 different Guide Books online using credit card, e-check, or Paypal.
Site has 3 SubWebs for three types of wholesale customer. The Dealer SubWeb offers two different Counter Displays, and three different refill packs. A Premium Buyer SubWeb offers Guide Books in quantities of 25-50-100-250-500-1000-and 2500 at varying unit prices.
The third SubWeb will be for Fundraising Groups and has not yet been designed.
The main site and the first two SubWebs are on the Web and if interest URLs will be supplied on request.
We are seeking a programmer to help us convert the Front Page designs (based on Os Commerce Catalog Pages) into OS Commerce Pages. Also to create necessary interface for intended processor Authorize.net. Basically we wish to insure that everything will flow freely from order through purchase for this site.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
