Before we choose our programmer/company we would like to clarify the project. 1) From the services menu customers can select the type of the service, as described in the .ppt document : Translation Proofreading Editing / Rewriting Interpretation Subtitle Translation Copyrighting Website Content Writing Others Large Projects / Continuous projects 2) Each type of service has different need fields (check the .ppt) 3) - when a customer has finished to fill the form he receive an email with an unique Id and a direct url link to go the submit page related to its project (check submit page in the .ppt). - owner of the system also receive an email with all the project description. - customer is redirecter to the submit project page where the price of the fastquote is displayed. He can choose to accept the quote, bumit its project and pay it via paypal according to the fastquote price (IPN Integration) - owner of the system receive an email with the attached project. - if the project file size is bigger than 2mb, he be contact by the owner of the system 4) all fields must be recorded in a database. 5) owner of the system should be able t change some simple variables in an admin terfaice (like price of the page / word count , etc ...), as described in the fast quote. 6) A customer can return to the submit/payement page from the url send to his email at any time. 7) design of the form could be change with ease. (The fast quote is simply to give an idea to the client of how much his project might cost, it is not an official quote, all the information submitted by the client in a fast quote are subject to verification once he submits the project) - Customer is redirected to the submit project page where this time he is required to upload his document, and submit the project. The document is verified by the project manager who makes sure that all the info are correct (word count, fields/difficulty, languages…) the project manager then confirms or changes the cost (within 2 hours time) by sending a “STONE?? to the client which is the official quote. Note: the client can directly go to the submit page and submit his project without passing by the fast quote. The fast quote is just a tool to save time for the project manager (PM) and the client: the client has an approximate idea about the cost of the project from the fast quote and is willing to continue, the unwilling will not have the PM waste his time studying the project and sending a quote that will be refused. The final price (confirmed or changed by the PM) appears on the stone (which is a designed invoice). The client accepts/refuses the final price.
