Adding some features to my phpmotion site

Hi I have a phpmotion mdeia sharing website and I need some changes done to it. I need someone who is familiar with the phpmotion script ([login to view URL]). I recently tried to upgrade from v1 to v2 using my old database, but I think I did something wrong so my tag cloud and videos beign watched right now are not showing. I need you to do the upgrade the right way for me so all these functions will work well. I have the files for the template I am using currently. I would like the button/links changed to a new design instead of the default block and text style. I have a design of the buttons/links already and I can give it to you to add to the website for me. With my new site, I would like you to integrate a chat option, whether phpfreechat ([login to view URL]) or prochatrooms. I want my users to stay on the site and keep coming back as well, so if you have any addtional modules you can suggest, I will be glad to discuss it with you. Thanks. Please respond asap.
