Import Outlook Contacts into Access table (done). 2. Import 1500 Contact records from .csv file into Access table. 3. Build Access Forms - allow user to easily edit a Contact record, and apply many attributes to each record (eg, "Canadian", "Consultant", "Airlines Industry", "Writer", "Male", etc.) 4. Build Attributes table and Attributes_Contacts table, so that all attributes can be listed and applied to contact records. Build internal database logic to bind the three tables in a normalized data relationship: Contacts==>Attributes_Contacts<==Attributes 5. Build Access Forms to allow users to easily edit attributes. 6. Build Search Filters Form ("advanced search"), to allow user to easily search Contacts table, by any attribute. At the top of the search page, search by: Location, Area Code, Country Can also enter AND and OR operators. Display matching rows. Export matching rows to file, or print, or envelope address labels, or Outlook business card. 7. Export Contacts data to file, or print, or envelope address labels, or Outlook business card. 8. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
