We have a Drupal website which bulk generate coupons/vouchers.
We would like to have a method to verify voucher when no access to the internet is available.
We would like a facility where through telephone or sms the vouchor is verified.
Process would be:
- either customer telephones using touchtone or sends SMS with voucher code
- you system does a lookup against our db to verify the code , if valid it sends a sms back saying valid
- the voucher code in the db status is changed to verified
