Sorry for the title but didnt know what name to give to this project...
I need an application (desktop or on-line no problem) that will do the following:
We enter details (now we do it in Excell) for about 6 fields, then it will save it (as PDF) by giving a unique reference number to each file it saves.
Then it will send an email with the attached PDF to an email address that we will specify. The email address will be different each time but would be nice if we can choose from pre-entered email addresses form a dropdown list …
We need to save these in a file that we will specify in our HD. And to be able to open them.
If the send email part makes things complicated (and more expensive) we can think about doing this part manually. We are open to any considerations and input.

Currently, I have a script that get input from a form then save all data into PDF file. If you want, I can modify that scipt to match your fields and sent email also. It's very easy.
