I am looking for a script that allows people to join for £2.00
The 2.00 gets turned into 10 credits (can be changed).
When they signup they are asked for their website name and address.
Extra credits can be bought (all payments via paypal) to add to their account.
There is a list of the website names, in the order of the most credits at the top and the least at the bottom.
This will be called the linkladder, there is an example at

Has to be PHP and mysql - can use as many tables as you want
I have a budget of £13 and I can make a further payment after I get more money transfered.
