Summary: To develop a complete Website for displaying daily and monthly parking rates for the approximately 800 garages located in New York City's borough of Manhattan. The system must be delivered in two parts - (1) a simplified demo system within THREE WEEKS from acceptance of your bid, and (2) a full system TWO MONTHS LATER. Please do not bid on the demo and full system separately. Instead, please submit one bid that covers both components, since the full system should merely be an extension of the initial work done on the demo. Please download Microsoft Word attachment (5 pages). It provides detail as to exactly what I need. In addition, the excel spreadsheet is attached as well as four images (two .jpeg and two photoshop). All will become clear once you read the word document. Only qualified coders/companies should take on this project. Please be prepared to submit examples of previous work. Thank You, Benjamin Sann
