I have a little over 5,000 text CSV files of data that need a couple things done to all of them in a batch process.
Each file is a CSV of data that can be opened up as text or in a spreadsheet, where at the end of each file, you'll find text that reads something like this:
Filename: (the filename that is currently open)
Description: (a one line short description of what the data is)
Country: (the country the data pertains to)
(and then sometimes some optional additional info that is only one or two lines at most)
What I need done for each file is:
**1.** Completely remove the "Filename" line
**2.** Take the text of the description (but not the word "Description" itself) and use that to rename the file
**3.** Make sure to keep my directory structure and everything else intact and send everything back to me in a big zip file with maximum compression. Uncompressed its about 700 megs but since its text, compressed it should be less than 200 megs.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) You must delete all of the files from the project off of your computer once I have received and verifed them and you agree to retain no copies.
