Data Mining Citysearch Matt Arnold | March 1, 2006 I need a small program developed to pull all the bar/restaurant data from Citysearch ([url removed, login to view]) and add it to an Excel sheet or even just an HTML table that I will be able to easily copy to an Excel sheet. The program should be easily portable. The easiest and most efficient way of accomplishing this (I think) would be by creating an Excel macro where the user specifies the Citysearch city they would like to collect data on. The data I would want from bar/restaurant listing would & be: “Name?? “Location?? “Phone Number?? You can see how some of the data is displayed at the following URL: [url removed, login to view] Please let me know if you need any clarification on the project. Thanks. -- Matt
