I had an ebook written by a ghost writer on the subject on Web 2.0. It is actually a very well written book, but it is not done in the style I would like. I have an example ebook written by someone else which is more like the style I prefer. Your job is to re-write my ebook and make it more like the style of the second ebook (without plagiarizing of course). 1. Original ebook A is 47,000 words (140 pages), and example ebook B which I prefer is only 12,000 words (56 pages). I would like the re-written book A to be about 25,000 to 30,000 words (about 90 pages). I will supply both books A and B so if you send me a request. 2. Any significant text you remove from the original book A is to be saved into a separate Word document. 3. The style I need for the book A is to be more like book B. It is more akin with a tabloid newspaper creating sensationalism rather than a drab broadsheet. Example book B has lots of short numbered steps, step #1, step #2, step #3 etc. technique #1, technique #2, technique #3 etc. strategy #1, strategy #2, strategy #3 etc. It has "Hot Tips" in boxes scattered throughout. Finally it uses language like "avalanche of traffic" , "let the cat out of the bag" and "scrambling to cash in". 4. A new introductory chapter to go before the exisitng chapter 1 which would highlight what the book covers and what the reader is about to learn. This only needs to be 3-4 pages. 5. A section at the beginning of each chapter with some bullet points / one liners about which techniques are to be covered and which websites are covered. 6. A 7 page (approx 1200 words) teaser document (similar to the example teaser document which I will supply you) that would be used when subscribers opt-in to my newsletter. 7. Remove references to YouTube, MySpace and FaceBook and place them into a separate document. I need this done in 5 days or less. You must be able to complete this job within this timescale. This job needs to be treated as a priority over all other work.
