We are looking for white papers, academic discourses, research papers, and so on, on the following topics: Speech Recognition and desktop computing Voice recognition and desktop computing Voice Biometrics and desktop computing Speech Recognition and mobile computing Voice recognition and mobile computing Voice Biometrics and mobile computing Acoustic monitoring systems design Acoustic monitoring applications Acoustic monitoring and mobile computing Acoustic monitoring and desktop computing Acoustic monitoring in embedded applications Speech recognition in embedded applications Voice recognition in embedded applications Voice biometrics in embedded applications And other topics directly related to the use of pattern recognition software in acoustic environments. Please note that you must be ready willing and able to demonstrate that; 1) these works are yours to sell, and 2) be prepared to sell any and all copyright to or in them and 3) be prepared to sell any and all intellectual property in or that they may represent, and 4) warrant that the works you offer us have never, are not now, and will not be published elsewhere without prior written agreement with ourselves as the new owners. The size of each paper may vary from 3,000 to 150,000 words. Amongst other tests, each paper will have a concordance generated from it and will be examined for signs of plaguerism, and will not be accepted for purchase if it fails to meet our standards of authenticity and relevance. Papers must be delivered in electronic format, preferably as plain-text or .rtf files. Any images accompanying the paper should be enclosed in a zipped archive along with it.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
