WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR -- We are looking for a well-rounded programmer who is capable of programming in a multitude of programming languages, including .html, .aspx, javascript, .php, etc. This programmer will work on small to medium sized projects and can quickly work their way up with larger scaled project ([url removed, login to view]). Depending on performance, your position may be long term. You should be experienced with ecommerce and shopping cart applications, and an understanding of shipping related funtionality would be to your advantage. For the most part, the service is built and operating, but we are looking to expand the availability of our solutions by building our services into shopping cart applications we have already targeted. This will be one of your main responsiblities. The programmer will work directly with the COO (via email and telephone) to discuss unresolved issues, and will be expected to deliver fast, reliable, and working results. You should be thorough in your testing, and have a fast turn-a-round. You must also be willing to communicate and assist shopping cart developers when integrating our solution into their shopping cart. This is an integral part of our business, and we need you to be extremely curtious and professional in all of your communications. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
