Clean up existing pages and create new content with SEO

Create a Reflexology Center for my existing website We have a 6 reflexology related pages 4 are basically duplicates, we would like all of our existing reflexology informational pages revised and Standard SEO refinements reviewed and improved where necessary. We would like 5 new informational pages of related content that builds on the existing information. Each new page should be a minimum of 500 words. We do NOT expect a refinement of the product pages. We will provide a list of key words.
