What I Need or Require: -Software has to be written with Cold Fusion 9 -save a picture in a database and identify the person in the picture. -every one minute the face recognition application will scan folders of pictures on the server, and identify the person/s in the picture compare it to the one on file and add to the database. -build a report of people showing the number of photos that match them, and be able to drill down and view the photos Other requirements The developer has to ensure that the code is well formatted and documented. The developer has to sign a release giving us full ownership of the code. Bidding: -In your bid include the price of the software you will use to integrate with your code to make it function the way we need it to work. -We will pay for the cost of the software and 1 server license upfront. -When you submit your bid break it up and itemize it so we know the cost of the software you will be working with, the cost of the license and the cost of labor. -Along with your bid also submit a sample of code written in Cold Fusion, something that you have written in the past. -Include how many people will be working on the project. -Include if I will be dealing with a project manager or directly with the developer. Time Frame: Will need to be done within 10 days of accepting job. Will be structured into 4 -milestones. At the end of each milestone a status of progress has to be given by the project manager/developer to ensure project is moving along.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
