Social community for questions

We have an startup and we need an expert for doing this job, at this point I need this Project asap (no more than 5 days), our app is in html/css/javascript so we need someone to do it in this period of time using a framework in php (preferably Yii). This project is long term relationship, as we will need improvements in our website application. The project itself is about a community for questions and stats. Every day we will publish a question, the users can answer that question from different variables (ratings, multiple option and double option), and for that answer he will get points for his participation. In the administration part, we need a module for publish questions, see the results with % for each questions and user registered, last user login and top ten user points. The things we will need to you code is: • Database configuration • User registration and integration with Facebook • Frontend/backend user (English and Spanish only the frontend) • Frontend/backend admin We have for this project less than 1800 MXN we really appreciate your job but at this time we can’t offer more, as we are pivoting some ideas.
