web sip client-again-

Hello there , we are looking for voip solution , we need some one to build web sip client , that sip client should be in user area ,, that mean the user should enter username & password before he enter . also should be admin panel to add , block , edit , delete , users , edit prefix list , edit phone numbers list . adding user should just be from the admin panel . we suggest to begin with master programming then make the needed changes :- we need 2 copies of soft phone , each of them for one function . that soft phone should support all voip codec . function 1 :- the user should enter the sip server ip , user , password & his phone number , then the program should load the prefix list ,, then use that sip account to make calls to the phone number which the user enter it before , each time the call with one prefix from the list phone number , when finish , system should show the prefix which succeed in making the call . function 2 :- the user should enter the sip server ip , user , password & his prefix , then the program should load the phone number's list ,, then use that sip account to make calls to the phone number's which stored already in the system , each time the call with the prefix phone number from the list , when finish , system should show the phone number " 1 or many ... all " which succeed in making the call . thats all . am open to any suggestion help in Achieve that functions . many thanks .
