The requirements for this system are: - new members must complete a registration card and pay a joining fee and a separate annual fee. (all members must be 18 years of age); - rental fee for each video is £2 for 3 days (discounts are available for early returns) - a video can be hired only by a member; - video's must be returned within three days of the hire; - failure to return a video within three days results in a £3 fine per day per late video; - a PC database will be used to record: member .details; film details; video details. N.B. each video has one film on it. There maybe several video's for popular films. By having several video's for the same film allows S1owRewind to rent out multiple copies of a popular film. - the PC Database is copied at the close of each day’s work.

The company has agreed to employ 2 further junior consultants to act as programming members of your development team. In 500 to 1000 words, discuss how you will undertake the development of the system. The company requirement is that you implement the hire and return subsystems together in 6 months. The reservations system to follow in a further 3 months. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
