Small C++ program to turn my computer into a socks proxy with a random port

hey guys, i run an opt-in mailing list i have quit a few computers that sit and do nothing now a days well i would like to turn them into a socks5 proxie but picking a random port 1 through 10,000 now once a day or once every few days change the port to a new random port (keeps scanners from finding it) once it changes the port have it send the IP from that computer to my base windows server (to many computers to try to keep getting the new IP and port from) build a second program that catches the IP and saves it to a txt file on that windows server (this part can not be done in perl, php, asp needs to be an exe either vb or c++) the top part needs to be c++ so its small and doesnt need all of vb's dll's and stuff
