I need someone that has experience in developing Remote Administration/Assistance Software. I don't my getting bids from new coders, but this is a very important project for me and I want to make sure you know exactly what your're doing. Please read the description of the software requirements very carefully before you decide to bid on the job.
This software will need be used as Remote Assistance or Help Desk when Users are having problems with particular software. The ultimate goal of the software will be to take over another User's computer to solve their problem. If you have experience in the this area, then you know what I'm speaking. You should also be handle any security concerns involved with this project. I'm flexible on the Language that you program in, C++/VB 6. Also, if you're experienced in this area, I'm willing to defer to your expertise and suggestions. Again, please review the requirements and bid ONLY if you think you can complete this project by the Deadline.
Finally, the Graphical User Interface must be easy to use and very pleasing to the eye. The finished product should also have good documentation explaining the different functions of the program.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
