Outlook Express ''boilerplate'' email sender

I have several websites and get lots of customer service requests every day via email, but they can all be broken down into a relatively small number of "email types": refund requesters problems with downloading product etc. I want some little app that resides in my systray (which I can enable or disable), and whenever I'm on a particular email in Outlook Express, and I click some "hot key" (like F7) up pops a dialog box. The dialog box has a selector box on the left that allows me to select the website this email is about. Once I've selected that, the selector box on the right is populated by the various "boilerplate" emails related to the selected website. Here's an example. These are the options in the left selector box: Website1 Website2 Website3 Website4 If I choose "Website2" (for example), I'll get a series of options to appear, which might look like this: "thank_you_for_joining" "problem_with_product" "refund_request" "downloading_assistance" etc. Now, when I click one of these, that activates a button on the dialog box that says "Send Email". When I click it, here's what happens: The app opens the email file "[url removed, login to view]" in the folder "Website2" and sends that particular email to the sender of the highlighted email. Make sure it is sent "from" the name and email address the email was sent to. (I have several inbound email addresses, so it's important that it appears to be from the person they wrote to!) What I imagine is a folder called "Websites" located at a fixed path on my hard drive. Under that, I'll create any number of subfolders called "Website1", "Website2", etc. Then, under each subfolder, I'll create the individual boilerplate letters that I would ordinarily send. I will name them something descriptive like "[url removed, login to view]" Now, the dialog box is populated by the information contained in this directory structure. All you have to do is parse the email of the sender, and the email they sent it to, and then use that information to send them back the appropriate pre-written text that I've selected. PLUS... I would like a salutation at the top of each outgoing email. This should be the "name" of the sender, followed by a comma and two line breaks. (If no name is provided in the header, just default to "Hello" followed by a comma and two line breaks.) Thanks for looking! Any questions? Email me!
