I am looking for a small sample program than uses OpenGL to rotate a textured sphere on the screen. The program should be written using MSVC 2005 in native C++. It should create a simple resizable window, and the entire client area of said window should be a drawing surface. The drawing surface should have the rendering of an OpenGL sphere. The sphere should be textured with a projectionless image. No special lighting requirements. The background should be black. This is supposed to be a code sample, so easy-to-read, well-commented code is a must.
