I need a netorking project to be developed on Linux and using C only The aim of the software is to allow a system admin sitting to a remote machine to monitor people sitting on other machines. For this I need 1. a daemon process that runs on each induvidual screen at startup and waits for a connection on the specified port. Once the connection is established this daemon should send to the server(sys admin) (a) A visual indication of what the user is doing( something like an animated movie) (b) He should also send the set of key strokes typed by the user on his system 2. A program with a gui to establish connection with any of the desired computer based on the computer . Please give me a high level flowchart/algo for doing both of these when bidding. And later a detailed algo where you will specify the exact libraries you will be using and the tools. Tell me if you need any clarifications
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Note : Server process should should be run on linux : Note only C should be used with sockets. Daemon must run on linux and also try to make it run on Windows98/2000/xp Try to make it portable otherwise develop another windows version for the daemon .

I would like to make it clear that the code must be in C only.
But for the gui c++ can be used.
Assume that one user is working on the system
The software will be installed manually and tar would be good enough.
I repeat .....
I would accept bids only if you give me the detailed algorithm with all libraries preferably the header files with the design of how the product would be developed.
Eg how the header files and source files would interact.
The cost is not important but the design is .
If the design is good I could also increase the pay.
