I need a C++ class that complies under the GNU c++ compiler and will run under a FreeBSD unix platform.
The class should be a wrapper around an SSL connection so that I can easily POST or GET parameters and process the results. I just list one method below but a quality solution would have error reporting , configurability with timeouts and things.
I am pretty flexible on how the arguments are ??" I know I need to give it a URL and a list of parameters. I can easily put all the parameters in a
CMyString StartArgs = "/using/services/rave/[url removed, login to view] HTTP/1.0\n";
char * StartArgs;
char * URL = “[url removed, login to view]?;.
the last parameter should support either POST or GET
bool [url removed, login to view](static char *URL, static *Args, char *Result, bool ispost=true);
The solution I thick should use libcurl but I am open to other solutions. I might need a little help getting libcurl installed on my server.
The final deliverable would be a .cpp and a .h for the class plus a make file that turns it into a library.
Before coding is done the only specfican I need to see is the class definition, and what outside libraries will be needed to make it work.
