For any good coders this should be a breeze, I want a "user guide" to the code found at <[url removed, login to view]> . Basically I want to turn this code into a multi threaded aplication much like MIRC and I want you to upgrade the 2002 version to VS2003 and write a how to on joining servers requesting files and the complete functionality of the code and where would be appropriate to use it so an understanding of IRC IS required. This guide will be in a RTF document and constantly be sent for me to review constantly as I dont want to be wasting time arguing about the content at a later point. I also wish to have the code classes converted to a UML diagram i recommend you use something like rational rose. I expect example applications that will cover all possable functionallity to be created alongside the documentation.
Hope this makes sence,
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
RTF document outlining how to use all the functions in the code and how IRC uses them.
