I need a flash designer and windows application coder to develop a wizard type program to create floating flash ads. The floating ads I am talking about have been made famous by [[url removed, login to view]]. The ads have a transparent background and overlay (float) over the web page.
What I need are 10 floating flash ad templates and a wizard type program to allow users to easily add their content to these standard ads. The wizard program should be a windows application and allow the users to select the standard template, customize the text, color, add images, change size, and output the floating flash ad. It should include instructions/code to add these ads to their sites. The program should be extremely simple to use, allowing anyone with ZERO flash skills to customize these ads. I will provide the sample program layout and guidelines for the application. It will be your job to come up with 10 professional (QUICK LOADING) flash ad templates. I may provide a few ideas for these. Please submit your bid for creating 10 floating flash ad templates, and the wizard application. In your bid please include a timeframe AND past flash/application examples.
