IP Detector - .exe Generator

Need a small/simple program that allows user to enter an email address (and smtp info) and then generates an .exe. The .exe then monitors for internet connection. Upon connection, it sends an email to that address notifying of the ip address of the connection. THIS PROGRAM WILL BE USED BY PEOPLE THAT RUN REMOTE ACCESS SOFTWARE AND HAVE A DYNAMIC IP ADDRESS (THEREFORE, THEY NEED THE NEW IP WHEN IT CHANGES). MAY ALSO BE USED BY PARENTS AT WORK THAT WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEIR CHILDREN ARE ONLINE, SO SHOULD REQUIRE A PASSWORD, OR SOME WAY TO PREVENT CHILDREN FROM EASILY CLOSING IT - NOTHING SOPHISTICATED. Registration system: disable the button that generates the .exe after 2 days unless a code is entered (same code for everyone). -

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
