CDMA-Discriminating the spectrums of digital signals by using different spectral estiamtion techniques

Dear, I have allready have the code for my project,the only thing i want is that when you go to matlab and you run the command:simu, you get a GUI. If you then run a test for Paloha for example with bit rate=512e3,packet length=2048, number of packets=[login to view URL] of users=10 and click the start button,you will end with a BER graph. Then if you choose to run an analysis from the different spectral estimation techniques you end up with two graphs. In one of these graphs, we have the transmitted signal and the reconstructed signal. I want to have in this graph to be appeared the transmitted [login to view URL] the received freq. for each graph and for each user that i run the test. I want to be appeared as the MSE value which is appeared in the graph.
