I am interested in developing custom livehelp software. It would have to be made from scratch. I admire the work of [url removed, login to view] and although I would not want to copy it, I would like it to be simple and colorful as well as a 'Windows' feel. I do not want something other than the highest degree of stability and beautiful looks. [url removed, login to view], for example, has a terrible appearance, regardless of features. Along with this I would like a Windows client so that users can be on their computer and not on a website to receive live chat messages (like MSN Messenger). This whole service would be hosted by us and sold to others for a monthly fee. It would not be available for download. People would pay the subscription, put the link on their website, and log into the Windows client to talk to customers. I want it to be as simple as possible. Features I would want included would be the ability to proactively chat with customers (before they click the live help link) and the ability to push websites. Security is also very important. Also, 'User is typing' and message history would be a must. There is one more aspect to this project but I will keep it to myself until I find a creator. This project would begin in three months and I would expect it to take a few months to complete. This product will have a patent. I am willing to pay a high dollar amount for a professional product. You will need to have much experience and be able to donate a large amount of time to this. Because of it's large scale this would be a written contract deal. Please let me know if you can do this and if so, how much you will charge.
