Design new chat feature for website!

For this project you will be designing the chat zone section of a social website, basically what we would like in this chatroom is got to be EXACTLY the same as [login to view URL] chatrooms, we mean the same not over versions it has to look and work the same and these chat features, to get more of an idea of how it works please visit [login to view URL] and join a chatroom to see. Basically we want a sort of clone of [login to view URL], with the categories of chat e.g teens, romance, etc And in each category the rooms, so that users can create rooms for themselves host them kick people out etc This will be a free service they will be able to login as guests but only can be spectators and cannot take part, if they want to take part they will have to use there login info of the site to create rooms etc. This is exactly how buzzen works so please please look at all of [login to view URL] features before bidding to be sure you can do it.
