webmail to check hotmail

Project is simple, it's a full asp webmail that's already started, but I highly desire a way to include a way to check hotmail/[url removed, login to view] accounts with the ability to download the emails from those accounts. This is for educational purposes only as I am an intermediate student in a webmaster class, hence it's requirement to an honorable fee for accomplishing this. This is also highly important to remember. All credits and other related information shall be strictly kept intact identifying the creator and his/her contact infos, should it be desired, as well as all recognition. I seek no profit from this, only knowledge thus its lowered fee.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. -----------------------------------

*** #3 can be optional or shared on equal basis or negociable, I'm open to suggestions. But the most important thing is that the full source code be included, it's a must. Even if it requires compilation of dll's, I would require that code as well, especially. Reminder : webmail is already in ASP, should there be any outside files, it would be very much appreciated to include a documentation as to what's needed to be called in the asp pages.

## Platform

Windows based program compatible with IIS 5.0 *** Primary preference is Windows 2000 And highly preferable as well would be to have the code in VB, or at least as much as possible as webmail is in full ASP.

## Deadline information

Only special condition is a preferable kindly lowered fee, as this is for educational purposes only, non-profit. All credits remain to creator/coder.
