ON THE VOYAGE THE IMPORTANT THINGS ARE:
- CARGOES ( HAVE TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT A CARGO CAN BE LOADED IN ONE OR MORE PORTS AND DISCHARGED IN ONE OR MORE PORTS)
ON CARGOES WILL HAVE TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION STOWAGE FACTOR OF EACH CARGO
ON THE CARGOES HAVE TO CHECK IF SUM OF ALL CARGOES LOADED IS SMALLER THAN DEADWEIGHT AND SUM OF QUANTITY X STOWAGE FACTOR IS SMALLER THA BALE/GRAI CUBIC CAPACITY
- PORTS OF CALL: HERE THE IMPORTANT THING IS DISTANCE BETWWEN PORTS ( I HAVE 55000 DISTANCES COMPILED AND THE PROGRAM HAS TO ALLOW THE USER TO ADD SOME MORE DISTANCES)
CAN BE VARIOUS PORTS OF CALL:
IDLE
BUNKERING
LOADING
DISCHARGING
BASED ON ALL THIS INFORMATION THE PROGRAM HAS TO CALCULATE WHAT ARE THE EXPENSES AND WHAT IS THE INCOME OF A VOYAGE
ON EACH ESTIMATION HAVE TO INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE USER MAKING THE ESTIMATION.
ON THE ESTIMATIONS PART THE PROGRAM SHOULD ALLOW THE USER TO MAKE SCENARIOS LIKE: WHAT IS FREIGHT RATE IS INCREASE BY 1,2, 3,5 PERCENT, OR WHAT IF SPEED IS INCREASED/DECREASED WITH 0.5 KNOTS
AFTER MAKING THE ESTIMATION THE PROGRAM SHOULD ALLOW THE USER TO CALCULATE WHAT THE RESULTS OF THE PERFORMED VOYAGE AND TO COMPARE IT WITH THE ESTIMATE.
BASED ON THE RESULTS AND USER NAME TO CALCULATE A COEFFIENT OF ERROS FOR EACH USER MAKING THE ESTIMATION AND HE HAS TO TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION FOR HIS NEXT ESTIMATIONS.
THE PROGRAM SHOULD WORK IN A NETWORK AND FOR EACH USER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO LOG IN.
NEED ALSO REPORTS ON ESTIMATE AND FINAL RESULTS AND A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE 2.
