I have several ASP files and the Access .MDB in the attached Parts.zip. The .ASP program ([login to view URL]) encounters a type mismatch error whenever I attempt to update an array in the in-line code to add an RS("Part_Number") . The other .ASP file ([login to view URL]) demonstrates how the output should appear if the code works correctly. To run without modification, the database needs to be installed in a sub-directory (access_db) immediately below the directory with the .ASP pages.
I don't know if it is an issue with the array declaration or where it is declared or if it is a limitation of VBScript. However, I need a quick resolution to the issue.
**Time is of the essence on this problem.**
