UTF-8 characters in glitter text

Hello all!

I have script what makes glitters from text but it works only with english letters. I use linux os and php+imagemagick6. Can anybody help me with modifying script so what it'll support all utf8 characters from all languages.

Is it possible at all? If you think so, please bid.
