Tour Reservations IVR with real-time Credit Card Processing and Database

I have a small tour company and need an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) that will allow customers to book our tours from a touch-tone phone and with their voice. It will be required to do the following: 1. Receive a call from customer 2. Playback a pre-recorded voice message to guest telling them a little about our tours 3. Ask the guest to select the tour they desire to book 4. Accept voice response from the customer and process the spoken or DTMF info into a database 5. If customer is an AGENCY they will press a security code which will take them to the same menu as the guests but with some different info being requested. The following will need to be received and stored in database for retrieval later NAME OF AGENCY (will assign an agency number to each agency that they will enter via DTMF) AGENCY ONLY TOUR CUSTOMER IS BOOKING (system will playback names of tours and customer will select via DTMF the one they are choosing) NUMBER OF GUESTS IN PARTY (DTMF) DATE OF TOUR (logic will need to be built in to parse database to make sure slots are available) if not will need to recommend next available date for particular tour. CUSTOMER FIRST AND LAST NAME (voice only) CUSTOMER TELEPHONE NUMBER (DTMF or voice) HOTEL GUEST IS STAYING IN (should be able to use DTMF to enter first 3 or 4 letters of hotel name and then have system callback names that match with a number to select when they hear the hotel name, OR customer speaks the name of the hotel and the system reads back the name and asks them to select or if ‘not correct’ select next matching hotel name. Will input all hotels into database VOUCHER NUMBER (spoken of DTMF) AGENCY ONLY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, THREE DIGIT SECURITY CODE (DTMF) Will need to read card back that customer entered for accuracy. If card fails processing ask customer to enter card again. If fails again, ask to use another card or 0 for live agent 1. Will need for system to read back reservation to customer and issue voice spoken confirmation code that the customer can use to retrieve reservation later if needed. 2. Will need for the system to speak back to the customer, the pickup location, and the time of pickup (from database) 3. Option to 0 for a live agent 4. ADMIN CAPABILITIES Will need to be able to generate a transportation manifest with Customer name, number in party, telephone number, pickup location (pickup locations will be collated to hotel they are staying in so will need to be able to ‘attach’ the pickup location to each hotel in database) IVR will need to be fully interactive with clear voice to customer. Will need to be able to access and enter info into the database as needed. Will need for all outgoing voice to be user changeable via a telephone mouthpiece or microphone. Will need to be able to do ‘realtime’ credit card processing. Some reporting capabilities I can provide access to a similar system for reference if needed.
