Bidders must work in conjunction with our designer whose work will either plugin to the back-end framework through use of CSS or will supply the bidder with all the relevant artwork for the front-end in Photoshop / Illustrator layered files. The bidder must have experience of dynamic website creation and only serious bidders with a good-rating + good portfolio + willing to deposit an Expert Guarantee will be considered. All descriptions below are an approximate outline so please bid accordingly as each element of the project will be discussed in detail once the project starts.
