There will be a sign up form with four sign up/billing options. 30 Days @ $19.95, 3 Months @ $39.95, 6 Months @ $79.95, 1 year @ $179.95. The system should read the signup date and send a reminder notice to members 5 days before the membership is about to expire with a link to sign up again. If they do not sign up again, their account will expire after the length of their original sign up time has expired.
We would like this form to tie in with the customers merchant account, more information about their merchants integration information can be found here [url removed, login to view]
Once their payment has been approved by the merchant they would be emailed a link to the login area along with a username (their email address) and password to login.
Here is a list of what I believe will be needed.
1. Secured sign up form to be integrated with merchant account. A temporary sign up form has already been created with all the fields needed. You will have access to use this page as your template once hosting information is sent. A copy of each submitted sign up form will also be emailed to the client.
2. Admin panel were we can login and will include 3 sections:
Section 1. Area where we can enter the information for the jobs/castings that will be added to the members area. Fields that we will need to enter jobs will include the following;
Title, Type, Location (City/State), Role, Status/Req, Rate, Closing Date, Details (will be a box for us to attach and upload a word doc, PDF or txt file with the details for the members to download)
The information submitted here will be the content for the members section. I have a link for you to see exactly how the members section should look. We would like members to be able to sort the list by each field so they can click on Location for example and have the list sorted by Location. We would also like the postings to be removed when their closing date has been reached.
Section 2. Area for us to enter sign ups manually for clients that will mail us their payment instead of signing up online. Once we enter their information they would be emailed a link to the members area along with their username (email address) and password. Fields will include the following;
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Account Type (drop down menu with 4 different account types including 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year.)
Section 3. Area for us to view all current members and delete accounts if needed or resend them their username and password should they lose it.
Payment: ($1080 USD) will be deposited into escrow account via getafreelancer.com.
Deadline: Must have this project done within 15-20 days.
