PHP Programmer Needed

hi all,
I need a php expert to help me in one small task. The required person should be capable enough to configure the application on windows and linux.
Here are the requirements I am looking for
1) Registeration of Customers and Login Page
2) Profile of Customer (Basically profile of customer will consist of multiple items. one item will have multiple images and other common information like item name, item number, description etc)
Note: Customer can input other information except images by uploading a csv file, text file, excel file or anyother method that is better from your point of view.
3) As this is going to be hosted on a linux web server. But images and database should be accesible from a windows application(like if I want to access the database from an application written in .net/vb6 or any other windows language i should be able to do this)
So I let you to take the decision about DBMS.(DataBase Management System) XML, mysql or whatever suits the requirements
Terms and Conditions
1) Payment will be only through GAF.
2) Escrow Payment will be made when you will show me some reasonable progress.
3) Please only bid if you can start the work instantly. I want to choose a bidder till monday noon and want to see the things going till monday night.
4) As I am also leading a development team so I need good standard of coding.
I have many tasks like this. So more work is expected in case of realiability. Please take care of this thing while bidding.
