We are a call center. I am in need of a site that will allow an agent to login and post their hours on the particular campaign they worked that day. I would then need this information automatically to reflect on the Client-Side, where he would be able to log in and check the results of the campaign. (Hours, Sales, Dials, Dispositions, etc)
I would like to be able to use this web-enabled program to completely manage the client. From Quoting, Development, Campaign implementation, Invoicing, etc.
I am willing to provide a bonus based on the time it takes to complete the entire project.
I currently use VTiger for the leads process, but it doesn't allow me to create multiple campaigns, for each client. This would need to be a total customer relations management source for all of our clients, and employees.
