We are a computer services company looking to have an employee online administration built for our company. The administration will give our employees a communications center in which they can interact and efficiently perform routine jobs online. We will be adding features in the future, so the site must be made in a way that we, or another coder, can add, delete and edit features easily. Below is a brief explanation of the different sections we need in the site. A complete detailed instruction sheet will be given to the winning coder. Main Sections 1. Customer Management •Customer Information Quickly and easily store, edit, and add new customer. Add and delete what we want to collect and store for each customer. Do searches for customer’s based on the criteria we select. Import and Export customer information to and from ACT 6.0 and QuickBooks Professional 2003 •Email/Mailing Customer’s Send mail merge emails to all customer’s or the customer’s that come up based on a criteria search. 2. Employee Management We want to be able to store Employee Information, as well as, add, edit and delete Employee’s. We want to be able to setup each individual employee's account with what part of the administration he/she is and isn't allowed to see and what features he/she is and isn't allowed to use. •Payroll Manager's can run payroll right from the administration. •Employee Message Account Each employee account will have a section where he/she can send and receive messages to/from other employee’s within the company •Employee Forms, Manuals and other documents Section Their will be a section where employee’s can view and download company forms, manuals, and other documents needed to work within the company. 3. Schedule Management •Employee Schedule This is the section where employee schedule’s are made, edited, submitted and approved. •Company Schedule This is the section where appointment’s are scheduled and documented on the company schedule and allocated to a technician. 4. Finance Management The sales/expense account will be able to export and import QuickBooks 2003 Professional information. The sales/expense account will keep track of payroll, taxes withheld, company sales, and company expenses. 5. Statistics Management I want the backend to be able to generate and keep track of Financial statistics.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4.) Administration Interface must be 1 html file that allows us to only alter the 1 html file and be able to change all coded pages.
The site needs to be written with an Access database in either ASP w/ VB, or in ASP.net, and written to run on a Windows Server. It must be viewable on all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape.
