Mobile Dealership Management System

We require a developer to finish a Mobile phone dealership management system which will be a hosted solution that is designed to allow UK based mobile phone dealers to manage their order process in line with Mobile Network requirements. The system is designed to allow dealers to sign up customers through multiple channels including website, call centre, in Shop and sub agents. Therefore an interface for each sales channel is required with unique login. The entire system is to be developed to allow multiple websites and multiple dealers that can be hosted.
The system has already been started but has not been finished due to loss of staff. The system has been started in PHP with MySQL backend. Full specification list is available. All existing files are available together with specification list.
The project must be finished within 3 months.
