We have several websites that have been developed for us in Classic ASP where users can modify the content of pages contained in their site using an online rich text editor called htmlArea.
The current version of htmlArea allows users to insert images into the rich text area, however the images must be uploaded to the website prior to inserting them using the rich text tool. The tool does not allow users to manage image content such as uploading/deleting images etc.
All the tool does at the moment, is link the image into the rich text area, and displays it. What I want is an ASP tool that can be added into htmlArea (replacing the current image feature) to manage images for the website.
This tool should allow users to create directories (under the main "images" directory that already exists on the site), insert images under the directories, preview the image in a window, and insert a selected image into the rich text tool.
Users should also be able to set the alignment of the inserted images, as well as border thickness, colour and horizontal and vertical spacing values.
The tool should also allow users to delete images and directories from the website.
Attached is a screen shot of what I think the image tool should look like.
htmlArea can be downloaded from the following website: <[url removed, login to view]>
The tool should be designed in Classic ASP and optimised for Internet Expolorer 5+.
