The site will have a Members and Non-members area. The non-members area
presumably just contains information about the site and its services. Once a
user wishes to become a member they register by completing a form online and
providing their details (name, address etc).
Once they have registered they have access to their profile so they can
amend their details, and to view the status of their account, including
changing the gift they want after they have reached the required level of
The aim for this new user therefore is to recommend the site to as many
people as they can and build up their referral list. Once they have reached
the required number of referrals for their gift it is then supplied to them,
and so it continues.
When they refer the site to a friend the friend in question presumably
receives an email which contains a link to the site and their unique ID
When the friend uses this link and becomes a member themselves the other
person sees them in their members area as one of their referrals.
The Users status area shows what gift they have chosen (which can be
changed), how many referrals they have left in order to win their gift, the
number of refers they have already got and their status (their status is
manually changed by the Administrator), and their own referral link.
The Administrator has the following facilities:
* Add/Edit/Delete offers
* Upload new images relating to offers
* Support members who raise "support tickets" via the site
* View and maintain orders, change order status, archive old orders or
reinstate archived orders.
* Checking User IP's for validation, auto/manual creditors, mass email
broadcast feature to contact all members with mailshots
* Manage Members - lock active accounts, delete accounts, reactivate locked
