Flash Chat Server

I need an application nearly identical to **123 Flash Chat. **This is found at <[login to view URL]> I want the full page flash page as well as the banner size chat that will reside on all pages on my site, and the WAP version. I also need the ability to log on chatters via their site membername if they are site members. If not a site member, they must give a username but can only chat in the public room. I want the ability to give certain members automatic permission to certain chat rooms based on whether they are a moderator, admin or supporting member. I need to be able to configure other rooms based on member variables as well. I will only work with someone who I can speak with over the phone. Please download the 123FlashChat so that you are familiar with the application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
