Fix ASP.NET Application Bug

I have an application written in asp.net and it has a bug. If you click to view a document in the database it will come up fast. If you click to edit a document in the database it will take 30 seconds to come up. We have moved the application off of the server and put it on 2 workstations and the problem continues. The application is using master-page framework which you can get here: <[login to view URL]> One coder has already looked at this and told me that all of the code was not here and that he could not get the program to complie. But he had never heard of this master-page framework. The origonal coder said that he has provided me with all of the code and that the only thing I will need is the file from [login to view URL] The attached file is the application WITHOUT ANY SOURCE CODE. If I select you as the coder then I will send you the source code. Please notice the deadline on this project! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
