Designer / Programmer Needed long term

Our company is in need of a fulltime worker (we are hoping to pay around $100 per week to start out.. please include the amount you will accept.. we will respond first to those with the lowest amount)
Job requirements:
-Installation and configuration of scripts, such as joomla, php forums and other open source scripts
- Creation / installation of scripts such as using php, java in internet site, an example is of a system for our website with products where there will be a picture of each product and text that is taken from a database for each product, so that the product info can be changed by changing the database
- Basically we want a well rounded internet worker - no design work is required, we will have graphic design, flash design done by another worker.. if you are able to do this also please note this and we can possibly pay extra for these jobs when they come up.
- We are also looking for EFFICIENT workers, we have had a lot of people work for us in the past, many do not last long as they think they can "slack off" and some days get almost no work done.. we assure you if you do honest, good work that you will be able to work with us for a long time, please be willing to do good honest work if you are bidding..
