Our servers use ASP and have not migrated to ASP.NET yet. Am in need of COM object that I can call from ASP that will pass 2 parameters:
1. Value to encrypt/decrypt
I would then be able to open the COM object, populate the two parameters above and call the corresponding method (either encrypt or decrypt).
I already have the functions coded to encrypt/decrypt in C# and will attach a working .aspx.
The problem that I face is that the encryption/decryption requires 64-bit data types.
What's very imporatant is that the resulting COM object NOT require a server that has .net installed on it. (i.e. it must be called from within ASP and on Win2K and Win2K3 servers WITHOUT .net installed)
Another critical element is that the encryption/decryption must be performed according to the algorithms designed in the .net classes (attached in the zip file). There is a third party who is encrypting/decrypting on their end and we must perform the opposite function on our side according to a key we decide between us. In the attached documents is a sample key.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Sample ASP code should also be included showing how to call the COM object to encrypt or to decrypt.
It must be called from within ASP and on Win2K and Win2K3 servers WITHOUT .net installed
